Buttercream vs. Whipped Frosting
Buttercream is a rich, stable, and sweet frosting made from butter and sugar, ideal for intricate piping, structures, and warmer environments. Whipped frosting (cream) is light, airy, and less sweet, made by whipping heavy cream,. Though unstable in the heat, it is better for simple, refrigerated, and refreshing cakes.
Summer Orders
The summer heat is highly avoidable during outdoor events. Please keep in mind that we can do our best to help your treats/cakes lasts a little longer... but they are not heat proof and will melt.
